"I am so happy that I found the adult ballet centre. I always dreamed of doing ballet for as long as I could remember. I never did it as a child as we simply couldn't afford it. I then thought I was too old to start. When I found the trial class for adult beginners I thought it would be perfect as I didn't have to make a big commitment. I was initially nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect and heard some ballet teachers can be scary. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. I was also pleased to see that the class had a good mix of different age ranges.
Dánar is very kind and welcoming and she is a great teacher. She explains things well and is always happy to answer questions and support with adjustments if needed. Ballet is the highlight of my week! We always have fun together and we can laugh at ourselves when we make mistakes. It's a great environment to meet new people, have a laugh and do some exercise along the way too."

“A friend recommended Danar's fitness class to me. I was unsure at first as I'm not coordinated and, at the age of 53, have never been flexible, despite regular Pilates sessions.
I started attending the classes and after a few weeks, I noticed a difference when bending forward. I realised that I could touch my toes consistently! Obviously the classes were providing the movements that my body needed, while being very enjoyable at the same time.
